Would easily give them zero stars if possible was on hold more than an hour waiting to speak with a real person after their horrible computer voicemail options and never got to speak to a real representative.

I have lived in my house for 4 1/2 years and in that time we’ve had 5-6 long lasting outages every year, and in the last 2 months alone have had 6. I’ve tried everything, I’ve emailed the Duquesne president, PUC, multiple elected officials and been in contact with the head person in the complaint department. They’ve basically told me that they don’t care and to just deal with it.
