Liar Liar your pants are on fire!!!!! – As an employee of duque I am shocked to read the nasty untrue comments about Giovanna and Autumn... I have never been screamed at nor have I ever been paid a day late or a dollar short. Truth be told this is the best job I have ever had and I LOVE LOVE LOVE this family. still recovering from them – i got a massage and haircut at duque in november and i am *still* recovering from the horrible haircut they gave me. they shredded my hair so that i went from a full head of curly hair to wispy, stringy hair. and they did a hard sell on the products, one of which i bought. shock - it is really bad for my hair type. the massage wasn't great either. i asked for a deep tissue massage and got a hot stone relaxation massage. i was told later on that the masseuse doesn't do deep tissue massages! never ... read more
Awful, Awful, Awful – I was incredibly disappointed in this salon. In short, the customer service was snotty and rude, the itmes and services all overpriced and most importantly the haircut and color below average. Sad really.
Great haircuts, but... – When I first went to Duque two years ago I got the best haircut of my life. They did dry haircutting and finished with a shampoo and style. I referred a friend and she loved her cut too, only the second time she went there the price had increased, but no shampoo and style. She called about this and was told it varied for each client. Duque's the Best! – Duque's my favorite spa....no matter what kind of day I've had I can count on a great experience! I try to arrive a bit early to shop around and unwind in the "relax" room prior to seeing Autumn for brow-work and a facial. The staff is very nice, everyone stops to ensure that people feel comfortable and welcome in their salon. They're always helpful finding other sizes or recommending clothes that are flattering and fun. I leave feeling refreshed and energized and looking great! Thanks Autumn!!
Service with a Sneer – I walked into Duque for the first time in desparate need of a lip wax and was met with a chilly reception. I will admit that I was somewhat scrubby but it was summer and I had just had a very long week. I should also note that I am a successful young professional within the technology industry and, despite my outfit that day, am no slouch. Don't waste your money – ...and don't purchase a 'spa party' package at an auction if you intend on actually using it. The most disappointing and expensive experience I've ever had!
Jenny Allred is a star! – I stopped in on a nasty afternoon for a new look. I was pleasantly surprised with the abundance of products and services that Duque offered. Jenny Allred gave me an awesome cut that has changed my look completly. I haven't received this many compliments in years! Thanks Jenny
completely relaxing! – Ok, sometimes it just feels great to ditch the kids and take yourself in for an overhaul. My grow-out was 4 months overdue and it was time for a major pampering session! The staff was very friendly, and not snobby at all. They constantly checked in with me and made sure my needs were met, I really left feeling 'catered too', not something I experience everyday!
