I ended up here while looking for emergency vet care for my sick rat. They treated my baby better than I could have ever hoped for. They never made it feel like the treatments or testing for him was a burden to them, or like they thought it was pointless. They kept me informed and updated on every test he had done when I was unable to be there and made it clear that helping him get better was their priority over convenience. The entire staff is always friendly and very compassionate with all the animals. I have recommended them several times - this is the best place :)
I am always blown away by the service and love shown to my pups. We have two very different dogs (one super hyper and loves every single person she ever meets, and one who's quite shy and hesitant when it comes to new people). Both of them are always treated with such amazing patience and care. We have recently moved outside of city limits SW, and will continue to make the trek up north to the amazing people at DuPont!
Amazing experience every time we are there! When we came home to our boxer sophie having seizures we rushed her to dupont clinic and they started treating her immediately! When they brought us to the back to see her i felt so reassured seeing at least 3 vet techs holding, petting and reassuring her with ice packs. I love the staff and wouldn't take my babies anywhere else! They all truly care and love our animals.
We received Oliver's Santa picture today and I realized that I need to brag about our vet! We spent a lot of time there these past few months and I cannot express how thankful we are for them. They have genuinely been there for us since the first day when I came rushing through their doors, 30 minutes before they opened, hoping that someone would be there to help Oliver. I can not say enough about how amazing everyone is at Dupont! Every single time I call no matter what time - what day the person on the other end is so kind - caring & genuinely helpful. You are hard pressed to find this service anywhere else. The vet techs are amazing! Again - calm - caring- gentle & genuine all of them! I have never in all the years had any negative experiences.
