I want to thank the staff and especially Dr. Mavrich for treating me and my beloved Maribelle with respect and compassion. Yesterday, I had to let my companion of 17 years go. Dr Mavrich assessed the situation and gave me a thorough, honest report of my options. They sedated her while she was in my arms and kindly ended her suffering. It was a good death and something I will always be grateful for. I could have extended her life for a little while, but that would have been for me, not her.
They were so kind and gentle with myself & my Chloè. We lost her but they allowed me to give her one last car ride and give her favorite meal. Then today in the mail we received Chloè paw print. It's so cool that we have something of her! It made me cry all over again...They definitely have the heart that is needed to be in this field! Thank you so much and we will never forget ur kindness!
I had a wonderful experience there! I drove over an hour to have my chinchilla seen and it was well worth the drive. The staff and Dr was extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks for making me feel so welcome! My chinchilla is doing great!
We love this place. First their place is exceptionally clean. Next the front desk staff are VERY friendly and VERY good at what they do in meeting your needs. Finally we see Dr. Valerie Tratnyk and she is the absolute best. We have followed her to her new location which is further for us to drive only because we have never found another vet that meets her standards of care to our fur kids and support to us as fur parents. Excellent care, friendly staff as always! We have 10 pets who receive their vet care at Dupont Veterinary Clinic (2 dogs, 2 rabbits, and 6 Guinea pigs). We love animals and want the best care for them, so we won't go anywhere else!
