Dupont's staff is friendly and professional. I have had nothing but the best experience with them.
I was highly disappointed with this place!! My boyfriend took our dog there a couple weeks ago and they were very rough with him. He said they showed no compassion and act like they didn't care for any of the animals. It feels like they are only there for the money. If you love your fur babies and want them to be cared for, i wouldn't recommend this place!!
Beyond expensive and greedy....They treat their employees like dog crap offering no benefits or raises. And all of the customers money goes straight to the owners million dollar lake house. Your welcome. I'd never give my hard earned dollar to a place that is all about money. Don't take ur dying pet there if you don't have the money up front bc they will just turn you away ;-)
Thank you for being so awesome every time I come in. I just had to put my beloved kitty to sleep, and your staff made a difficult thing a little bit easier. Dr. Tratnyek is so caring and compassionate, as is everyone else I've dealt with there. Thank you so much again <3
Love this vet clinic very compassionate, caring,and extremely knowledgeable I will never go anywhere else ever.!! Anna who's usually at the front desk is so sweet and personable she always gives the best advice!!
Everyone was so helpful and really went above and beyond when my little guy got sick and for 2 weeks did everything to help him. I'm so thankful for Dr. Boxberger,Sarah E,Anna... And everyone else who did everything possible to not only help but seemed to really care. I'll be forever grateful for their help in such a difficult time.
