RecommendedGreat office, the only issue I had was with a guy named Aaron. He was VERY unprofessional and made my son extremely uncomfortable. However i just wanna give a shout out to India and Dr Jenna. They made my son feel very comfortable after a very rough experience with Aaron and was able to calm him down.
Today was my daughter’s first appt. She was very anxious and cried the whole time, but the hygienist and Dr. Jenna did so well with her! They helped calm her down and still got done what they needed. 10/10 recommend!
The staff is kind, caring and so attentive. They make you feel so welcome and cared for. I cannot say enough good things about them!
I was hung up on three times by three different people. I was simply trying to make an appointment for my child to be a new patient. I don't understand why the staff was so incredibly rude to me!
Dr. Jenna does an excellent job handling children who may be frightened. All of her staff is very friendly and caring. My sons always leave happy.
If you are looking for somewhere to take your kiddos, this is the place to go!! I know how my daughter can be and so I’ve been very nervous to take her. The staff was amazing and I loved how they explained everything and made it fun for her! So happy we chose to bring her to Dr. Jenna!
We just had our first visit here and Dr. Haeberle is the best! She was wonderful and my boys will definitely be back.
I could not recommend this place enough! Every time I’m more impressed with the friendliness and patience of everyone there, not to mention SUPER helpful. It’s stressful taking three kiddos to the dentist solo but at DuPont I don’t feel super stressed bc they not only wait and talk with my kids till they feel comfortable but they’re so willing to help a momma out! And Dr. Jenna is AMAZING and so super sweet and the most patient Dr I think ever. Way to go above and beyond!
absolutely recommended. My son has some behavior issues and they made him and myself feel completely comfortable the second we walked in. Very friendly staff. we will be returning for all appointments in the future.
