This place is amazing. They are so sweet and so accommodating to busy schedules.
Dr Duong and her staff are the friendliest and kindest bunch. Nicole is super welcoming and accommodating. Exactly what you need when you’re the first interaction coming in through the doors. Laura is so friendly and kind with my son. Dr Duong is super knowledgeable and straight to the point. Other places have tendencies to start throwing new treatments or phases in as you continue to be seen but Dr Duong is straight forward with her treatment plan, no surprises. Highly recommend this office.
The Doctor is wonderful! The office is inviting and the receptionist can do 10 things at once and not miss a beat, and the staff is amazing and sharp. Our family loves them. I would recommend them , and have recommended them to friends.
6-7... Just kidding. If I had the ability to rate 100, I would. This has genuinely been the best orthodontic office I have ever been to. Every time I come in, I'm welcomed with a smile and made to feel comfortable from the moment I walk through the door. The entire team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always makes my appointments something I actually look forward to - which I don't think many people can say about getting their braces adjusted!
