Absolutely the worst EVER!
Pleasant staff. Nice housing and it is well maintained by pleasant workers. A pleasure to rent from.
Mr. Dunson is by far the sweetest man ever! Unfortunately, his properties give him a bad name when it comes to renting in Waterford! My house was broken into and when I called to get my glass fixed, Brenda told me it would not be fixed! The neighbors are ALWAYS in your business! They sit outside montoring as if they are the neighborhood patrol but the minute something happens, no one knows anything. My house was/is roach and spider infested!
