Excellent equipment, staff very helpful and friendly but let you just get on with it. Recently added more free weights so lots of room.
What a great gym! I'd go as far as say a hidden little gem. Excellent equipment primarily hammer strength, dumbbells up to 60kgs, super clean and tidy, staff are very friendly and you can tell it's well maintained. Anyone travelling down south and in the area, I would highly recommend.
awesome gym. have been going here for years. great modern equipment and handles crowds in peak times well.
