I had a basic oil change done here and was quoted $400–$450, but the final bill came to $550. I was charged 1.8 hours of labour even though the job took about an hour. When questioned, I was told it was because two people worked on the car — effectively doubling the labour for a simple oil change. The service was completed quickly, but the pricing and explanation didn’t make sense. Charging double the labour for the same amount of work doesn’t seem fair..

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Dropped my car off for a repair before going on a 3 week holiday, came back to find nothing had been done at all, and then proceeded to take a total of 8 weeks just to tell me they couldn’t fix it! I was never contacted and always had to call to find out how it was going. And they still thought it was reasonable to charge me almost $300! don’t waste your time with this business! I got overcharged. They refuse to change break pads only and you must change rotors too. Got charged $80 to check suspensions while I had break pads and rotors changed (while getting charged labor for this too). Getting charged $30 for freight of parts (breakfast and rotors) and $20 for grease... how pitiful. So I got charged $80 + $20 +$30 = $130 for nothing... And seriously... $160 per hour of labour to do the most basic work on a Hilux from 1992... how pretentious and pitiful again. Anyway, I hope this review helps other ... read more
