We had an issue with a refrigerator turning off periodically. I called and left several messages and didn't get a return call. Thank God it wasn't an emergency. I'd recommend looking somewhere else first.

I have had my new Amana stove for about 2 months & the oven bulb does not work any longer.They did send a serviceman to replace it but he didn't have the right bulb.He said he would come back with the proper one but no sign of him or a telephone call to explain why. J.G.Berce
