Needed a new gas range ASAP! Called ahead and then went into the store and had quick and excellent service all around! Buy local and support our small businesses!
Our service through dunnetts was fine, however the installers overtightened the line to the ice maker causing over $12000 worth of damages which Acadia insurance doesn’t want to pay...we ripped up a floor less than a year old not to mention they wouldn’t let us strip the flooring up until their appraiser could come, causing damage to the sub floor....
Our refrigerator died and we needed a new one. The big box doesn't keep any in stock and really had no desire to help us. My wife and I went to Dunnets expecting the worst, but we are overjoyed with the results. Everyone there was incredibly helpful, even though the place was crazy busy, and thanks to the crew we now have a new fridge and our food was saved. Dunnets will now be our first stop when we need new appliances.

Our oven broke recently and we were reluctant to go out shopping for a new one for health reasons during this unique time. Dunnnett provided us exceptional service over the phone and discussed different models with us while we browsed online and treated us just as if we were in the showroom. Today our beautiful new stove was delivered and the delivery guys were very respectful wearing masks and maintaining a distance. Glad we could support a local business and receive amazing service! Just before the arrival of our son and his young family including a toddler and 2 year old from Florida and Thanksgiving our refrigerator started smelling hot and running constantly. It was full of 300.00 of groceries for the thanksgiving holiday. We had 8 hours to save the food inside and the holiday celebration planned with over 15 family members and friends.
