They service what they sell. I called on Monday and had service on Tuesday. The sales and service staff are very helpful and friendly.
Walked in after a bad experience at local Sears store walked out with same product, same price and talked about several other appliances needed. Love this store!!
After going through new-Dishwasher-hell at local box stores recently, we paid a visit to Dunnett. I am happy to report that their price on a new Kitchenaid dishwasher was very close to the box store's, but it was the local store's employee (Kylie) that really made the big difference for us. One of the best stores of any kind, ever. This is a local small business that has always known how to take care of customers. My parents bought their major appliances there when I was a kid, and it's the only place I buy them today.
We had a freezer emergency on Thanksgiving day. Bummer - a freezer full of moose meat was thawing and no extra freezer room anywhere else! We made the Black Friday trip to search for a new one. Dunnett Inc nearly met the big box store price - we were happy to pay only $27 more for excellent customer service, in stock items, and a willingness to negotiate the price to earn our business. Around end July I order an Avanti stove from here. They told me it would be delivered end of August. By September 5th I called and they said that they would call me back after to looked it up to see where it was. They never called back to let me know anything. On September 9th I called and asked again. They told me it wouldn't come until mid October... We couldn't wait that long.
