Yvette confirmed via txt msg. that mgr. won't make it to help me view 903 Russ Lake Dr Unit 203, Springfield, FL 32401 apt. yet when my sister in Christ and I visited that property there was some guy hanging out on his walker and as we approached to view apt 203 at bldg 903 which had no padlock on it, the man moved quickly to tell us apt 203 is his apt. Editing review again as we are on Lease #9. I still rate Dunn Realty 5 stars and would rate 6 with the option. Same neighbor for almost a decade and love living on the beach in a Dunn Realty managed rental! Editing my review as I added this review the day I got my keys, and I'm now on my third lease. I payed an application fee and still have no place to live. I would think if something came available in my price range they would reach out to me. These property management companies charging their application fee, each and everyone of them have cost me over $200. This practice seems unlawful to subject a person to so many application fees.
