Editing review again as we are on Lease #9. I still rate Dunn Realty 5 stars and would rate 6 with the option. Same neighbor for almost a decade and love living on the beach in a Dunn Realty managed rental! Editing my review as I added this review the day I got my keys, and I'm now on my third lease. I payed an application fee and still have no place to live. I would think if something came available in my price range they would reach out to me. These property management companies charging their application fee, each and everyone of them have cost me over $200. This practice seems unlawful to subject a person to so many application fees.
I've rented through Dunn for 3+ years and definitely recommend them if you're thinking of renting. They are always punctual with any issues we have had
