I was extremely disappointed with how this leasing process was handled. I toured the property, stayed in communication with the leasing office, and was preparing to pay the deposit and first month’s rent. Throughout our conversations, I was never informed that a credit check would be required. It wasn’t until the very last minute, when I was ready to move forward, that I was told a credit check would be required.
