Very disappointing. Paid for initial phone consultation and for letter to be sent. Sent emails asking if letter had been sent, got the run around for weeks. Clerk apparently forgot to do it. Months later i get a bill charging me $2-300 per email. The only email they responded to was asking if they had done what they said they were going to do and how long it would take. They eventually stopped responding to my emails all together and I assumed that was a hint that they didn't want to offer me services. Very surprised to see ... read more

Burton initially helped me successfully navigate through a contentious will “contest”. His knowledge of the law and the legal relationships he had established, especially in probate and other court matters, were invaluable. Later, he and his team helped update wills and powers of attorney (with a focus on avoiding probate), evaluating potential trusts and creating other legal documents. His fees were reasonable. He remains my go-to attorney in any legal matter. I could not recommend him more highly.
