WAY OVER PRICED AND INCOMPETENT – Do not use Dunlap Plumbing. $330 to snake a drain. I called several other plumbers and no one wanted more than $130. Do not use them. They will treat you poorly and overcharge you. Listen to everyone else. Stay away!
AVOID DUNLAP PLUMBING, call someone else. – If you use this company, you WILL be severely overcharged. Dunlop has no means of justifying their outrageously high prices. It is likely that they overcharge everyone in order to compensate for the lack of repeat business. Immoral and greedy, this company solidifies the stereotype of big plumbing companies in that if you do not have the time to make the repairs yourself, the company is justified in overpricing you to the point of obsurdity. Overpriced overpriced overpriced, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY – I would not recommend Dunlap plumbing. They severely overcharged me for a very simple repair. Upon attempting to review and potentially dispute the charges, the company responded with hostility. This is a very bad and dishonest company. Do not deal with them.
Great Service and Friendly People – I had a wonderful experiance with Dunlap Plumbing. Let me start by saying that EVERYONE I spoke with was friendly and helpful. What a comfort- we had no air conditioning and I was in a panic! A serviceman came out THAT DAY! Incredible, Absolutely incredible. With a new baby, I couldnt imagine a night without cool air. Great experience – Not only did they come out when expected, the solved my problem the first time. My wife was pregnant and could not stand being hot any longer. Dunlap sent a technician not a sales person to my door, and had my ac up and running that afternoon. I was not aware that these coolers need to be serviced every 3-4 years. I was given a quote for a new ac unit, and informed about the cooling savings, but the did not try to SELL me the unit. I am a new homeowner and I called for Plumbing services to fix my garbage disposal. It had been clogged for weeks and we could not figure out the source. When the technician arrived, he quoted me a price of $197.50 and told me he would have to take it apart to see what was wrong with it. I had a $50 off coupon so I agreed. He then simply pulled a nail out of the top of the disposal, pressed the reset button on the bottom and voila! it was fixed. Charging me $197.50 to do it. Bad Experience!! – My AC went out and I had Dunlap come out after hours to help. They completely missed the diagnosis and tried to sell me a new unit for a premium. I had someone else come out the next day and fix the minor issue for $100. I called to complain three times before someone returned my call. They wouldnt refund the money I had to pay just to get them to show up and give me bad info. There are lots of competitors, so I would try my luck with someone else.
