Stay far far away. Horrible company. Deceptive advertising practices, owner is extremely rude. They will rip you off!

I am dissapointed to read these reviews, I had such a wonderful experience with everyone at Dunlap Plumbing. When looking to have repairs done at my home, I expect to pay the experts more, for their expertise and guarantee. There will always be someone that can do it "on the cheap", but I wont take that chance with the largest investment I have ever made. I had two other companies come out before to look at the same problem. The cost of Dunlaps work was in the middle of the two, but I trusted the technician. I am glad I didn... read more

I have to tell you. I've read the reviews, and I think most of the customers here don't know what it takes to run a business. $2000.00 for a swamp cooler install is a good deal considering the liability that comes with such an install like that. Times are tough for everyone, but if you consider the cost of the employee, the workers compensation, the company truck, the office staff, the office( not someones garage ), and any benifits, oh and not to mention the warranty. Very Disappointed – I had Dunlap Plumbing come out and do an estimate on an outside faucet repair. They quoted me $420 to repair a cracked pipe and told me I need a $100 part to replace what I have. I'm not a plumbing expert, but I questioned $320 to do (what we were quoted) an hour and 1/2 of work ($213/hr) during business hours. It seemed outlandish. DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! – Well, I wish I would have read these reviews before I got screwed out of $2000. Against my better judgment, I agreed to have them install a new evap. cooler. My husband said to just do it and I wanted to get other bids. For once, I just trusted a company and we did it. After, I have been told by many people we were overcharged.
