Neighbors loud. Kids played in street, need to drive really slow. Everything else was fine.
Staff have been very friendly when I've inquired about the property in the past. I spoke with Emily this morning who was quite rude, using an abrasive tone and seemed very unhappy overall. She became impatient when I paused out of surprise by her sharp tone. I paused again during the conversation wondering if I should even be asking questions about Dunlap Falls if I was going to be spoken to in this manner when I don't even live there.
