On time and hygienist was very energetic and I am sure displayed a smile under her mask. I was extremely satisfied with the cleaning, discussion referring to future appointments and follow-on activities after sealant treatment.
One of the best dental practices I've ever been to. I was a patient years ago, and, due to insurance gaps, I had to switch. I was able to get my insurance squared away as soon as I could so I could come back. I was not disappointed. They are caring, thorough, and take their time to answer questions. I've never found a better practice!
The hard work the staff did keeping the office clean. How they check you in for your appointment made feel safe during this pandemic.
They ensured I washed with mouthwash and everything is wiped down and sanitized during this outbreak. They are taking every precaution and ensuring all patience are safe. They always provide care and customer service that is outstanding. Would recommend to everyone.

I used to be in the neighborhood, but I am now 5.5 hours away where Smith Mountain Lake, VA is now home. Perfection is what I find at Gentle Family Dentistry, so I now take a 300-mile drive to have my dental and cosmetic needs taken care off. Don't care about insurance payments or not. I do care about NOT HURTING! The staff is fun and Dr. Sclater is the BEST!

This is my third visit and second cleaning at GFD. The staff is warm and welcoming and always helpful. My hygienist is the best! Now my whole family goes to GFD. Highly recommend.
