My kids and I love GFD. The staff are very kind and caring. They all have great bedside manner, and they made my nervous kids feel at ease right away.
The dentist as well as the staff took time to explain all of the dental procedures. They took time to just chat and made me feel like one of the family. I received a treatment plan explaining all of the cost. The staff worked with my insurance so that I would get the best price. They were gentle as the name suggest. Best dental experience I have ever had.
The staff is great and friendly. They make you feel at ease. My kids enjoy going to get check ups.
Best dental practice I have been to. Everyone is very kind. Staff goes out of their way to accommodate you, which is rare in any medical office these days. I’m glad I found GFD when I moved to Calvert.
I waited for the office to re-open and get the new safety and health requirements in place and used before I scheduled an appt. I got an appointment in 1 day. I was met at the car by the hygienist, answered the CoVid screening tests, taken in, the waiting area was empty and spotless. Temp, BP, and Pulse Oximetry. I have used Gentle Family Dentistry for several years now and have never had a bad experience. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Greeted with a smile and you exit with a smile.
