If you have the slightest inclination you might want to return a purchase, do not buy from Dunkins. Not only is their website misleading (says at the top 30 Day Returns), the sales reps do not verbally state their policy to you when you make a purchase. They assume you will read the small sign on the counter that says NO RETURNS. They stick to this policy (that they do not clearly inform their customers with) like they are married to it. I've had a few items I have had diffrent things done. I have always had a great experience. My last ring which is a family heirloom took quite awhile because of some complications, but besides all of the problems the workers were just amazing with me. I moved to florida before my ring was finished and they overnighted it to me. I absolutely love the work they did! Thank you!
I've had my engagement ring for less than a year. I've had 1 diamond fall out on thanksgiving day then I get it back after 2 weeks and another diamond falls out in less than a week of getting it back. We are so pissed. Unbelievable. An engagement ring or any jewelry should not have this happen.

Just took my bridezilla feelings away and fixed everything so fast!!
Not impressed. Bought an expensive engagement ring here. Been back three times since November to get it fixed. If I spend that much money on something I want it to last ...
