The main take away is that you're gonna get what you expect from Dunkin': dessert coffee and dessert food, the main flavor profile being "sugar." if that's what you want, it's a good place to get it. The service was fantastic; very friendly, quick, and understanding.
They charge $1.50 for a cup of water here. Even if you order something (Ordered a $7 or $8 drink). Their reason for charging $1.50 is that “everything is expensive nowadays” said the lady. Food is okay. The tator tots are overly seasoned and salty. Overall, I might come here and there for a drink but that’s about it.
I went there earlier this week on Wednesday, I got a black tea lemonade (basically an Arnold Palmer) I took a sip on the walk back to my car and either the tea or the lemonade had gone bad, something was spoiled. I went back in there and told the lady about it and she asked me what I wanted to do. I said I wanted either a different drink or a refund. Horrible service!! The workers there are so rude, a young middle eastern lady took our order and started yelling and interrupted us before we even finished speaking 😐 She then proceeded to have an unfriendly vibe and didn’t smile at us once, the entire experience was just horrible and it wasn’t just today, it happens everytime I come here.
Waste of money, absolutely garbage food and drinks. My son and i tired since its new. All the food looks like they pulled it out of the garbage. The beagle was so hard we couldn't bite into it. The iced dukinlatte was warm and gross. Regular coffee stale and cold. We just paid 32 bucks for the knowledge to never come back!! Dont waste your money or calories so not worth it.
