This is probably the best dunkin in I’ve been to in Knoxville. Everyone that works is always so pleasant and make my day each time. Rare these days to find that kind of service with people actually happy to be at work!
Sat in line for more than 30 minutes to find down they don’t sell food anymore and it’s only 9am. They should have had a sign for people to know because the line was long.
Donut cost more than a hamburger at wendys
Never got my coffee. The line at the drive through was long so I walked in and placed my order. I waited and waited for my coffee. Just a simple hot black coffee. That’s it. Nothing fancy. They were well staffed but their focus seemed to be on the drive through. They were handing out orders and coffee to the cars quickly.
