really getting frustrated with not only there customer service but how they can never get my orders right with my coffee. i order a caramel swirl ice coffee with extra extra everyday sometimes twice a day and they fail 9 times out of 10. sometimes I even receive a mocha ice coffee. how do you get mocha out of caramel?? wtf dunkin.
What's the point of on the go ordering if u have to sit and wait the same amount of time as ordering when u get to the window.... Every time I have used the on the go things don't get made till I get there, even tho I order 15 minutes before hand.
