This Dunkin’ Donuts in Lancaster NH , is literally the worst!! They always mess my order up and today I ordered a pumpkin latte and they gave me a caramel swirl coffee...and I ordered steak and cheese roll ups and they completely messed that up to 😣 Not to mention the line is always out into the road and super slow. So come on down to Lancaster Dunkin’ Donuts if you want to waste your money and be disappointed every time I highly suggest this place!! 👍🏼
This location can never get my husbands or my coffee right. We have a very basic order but I think because they run out of caramel swirl so often they screw up on purpose. Don’t go here. Go down to Whitefield, Berlin, Gorham or Littleton where they know what they are doing. Only good employee at the Lancaster location is Ashli Hamilton. She is the only competent one there that listens when orders are made. I do not recommend this Dunkins at all. was there about 11am this morning and we got a $20 plus change order. The woman who took our order was rude and impatient while taking the order. when we got up to pay I had $5 in my hand to give her as a tip but I want to pay first. And the woman said " 20 dollar order and No tip... that's awesome. " Her people skills were on point and have convinced me Whitefield is worth the drive over visiting this store again.
RecommendedVery considerate and polite. Moms Caramel Latte was made perfectly. Not to mention, cleaner then some Dunkins I've been in. My Mom n are were very pleased
The employees are very considerate and the other customers for the most part will chat with you. I enjoy the breakfast sandwiches on their croissants. All around enjoyable experience!
Terrible service. The woman at the cashier register was extremely rude and disrespectful. So very slow and not a smile nor anything. Wouldn’t go back there again! Seriously, you should think about who you have at the front representing your company.

I go to Dunkins about 5 times a week and my coffee is always wrong! So many times I have had to go back and other times I don't have time to get it fixed so it's wasted money! The bacon in the wraps is almost never cooked. Sadly we only have 1 in our area. They won't be getting my business anymore.
Me and my brother in law just had our total order,messed up they did not make my coffee right and his latte was messed up 2 and did not make his sandwich right either and charged us for two sandwiches never going to Lancaster dunkin donuts again you guys really such ass
