Fast and efficient and delicious
I visited this Dunkin’ location and had a disappointing experience. I ordered an iced matcha but was given a warm one instead. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the staff member was noticeably rude, which made the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, shortly after drinking it, I experienced stomach discomfort—something I’ve never had with matcha before.
