Hit or miss with this location. On a few occasions, my order has been done incorrectly and I've had to go back and let them know to fix it. The most recent time was yesterday 7/4. I ordered an iced latte (specifically the nutty toffee protein latte) and there was no expresso in it, just protein milk and other flavors. I was so defeated I didn't go back to have them fix it, as it was a busy day for me. Waste of 6ish bucks.
This location used to be the better one downtown till they hired the new young guy. Everytime I see him working i know my order is gonna be messed up. Today I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and it was untoasted. Usually I get unsweetened coffee despite ordering it with like 3 Splenda. This is never a problem if the new guy isn't working.
