The closing shift was very disrespectful. I went through the drive thru to order a frozen chocolate which is what it’s called on the app. Apparently that was so funny they had me sitting at the speaker for a whole minute while they laugh and once I arrived at the window they asked my order again. They proceeded to laugh and you can hear what I think is the manager yelling something across the store about the order. Inconsistent. food is presented sloppy. (This time served burnt). drinks never taste the same.
Always terrible attitude. Went today 10 min before closing and they only had iced coffee no machiatto, lattes nothing and were rude about it
