Super bad service today day April 24 at 4:48 pm the guy there in that shift took more than 20 minutes for a couple of coffee and a super old and dry donut . He was serving the person behind us instead of us and make us wait
I visited in person about a week ago to order a pickup of 150 donuts for a school event. The employees were informative and patient with me to establish the details. I paid upon placing the order in person to pick up a week later at 10am. I arrived about 20-30min early (before the pickup time), and there was hardly a wait time, and the 3 bags of donut boxes were ready for me. The process was efficient, and again, the employees were polite and helpful. I would purchased here again.
I’ve asked with sprinkles and made sure they actually is full of in the donut like other stores and they never have it’s always empty , when other places ARE full plus they charge more.
