Great place for coffee. Workers are very nice. All around a great place and service
Bathroom was closed, which already wasn’t a great start. Then when I walked up to the counter to order, I was asked if I wanted to order. Yes... that would be why I’m standing here holding an empty coffee cup. I was told to use the touchscreen kiosk or go through the drive-thru, which I took as my cue to leave. This location seems understaffed, and the one employee I saw was clearly juggling more than anyone should have to. On the bright side, I gave her one less order to deal with.
I came to get coffee for my bridesmaids and I on my wedding day- I put in a mobile order as I was in the drive through, and the line went faster than expected so I was up to the window by the time the order went through. We apologized and very politely agreed to circle another loop to give them more time. I then realized I forgot one drink so I went inside to order it while my dad circled around.
