If I could give this zero stars I would. ESPECIALLY for service. I just had a TERRIBLE experience with your “manager” at a Manchester CT location, extremely unprofessional extremely rude refused to help made tons of sarcastic comments spoke to me like dirt when all I wanted to know was if my Uber Eats order went through. Incorrect order. Employees showed no interest in making it right. Worse, they were obnoxious about it.
This placecis gross they have worms in the food and the ice caddy .

The Chinese lady the manager needs to learn respect. She shouldn't be a manager of anything. The food is poor she has a terrible attitude etc. People are constantly complaining about them on Facebook.
Heather the Dietetic Technician at the Canton OH location is really great at her job and more. I have damage to my pancreas due to inept Dr so I can't have sugar much. I asked for a modification of one of the drinks and she did an amazing job creating a great drink with no added sugar. I hope she is there every time I go in! Thank you for all your hard work 🌟
Sad you can’t even walk in and order what is this! I stopped going here for a long while. It’s suppose to be open at 5 ev n six I could see I drove there this morning at 630 no one there so I’m done with this DD it’s a dive any way. How’s it still open I don’t know.
The manager here is horrible. I ordered an iced latte and asked if they could add a splash of cream. The man taking my order said no and I was confused because many dunkins do it and the cream is not something that has to be steamed, it is like adding extra milk. Another lady took over and was willing to do it then the manager said that it wont taste right because it is a milk-based drink and how it is against policy.
