This place is awful. They make you wait forever just for a coffee, and the customer service is terrible. I wouldn't go back.
Stopped in on a slow Saturday mid afternoon to grab coffee and map out my day. Ordering for dine-in via the app was completely seamless. I’m honestly upset because I come to this Dunkin’ every morning and have never had a problem before. This morning, I ordered my two drinks (medium iced latte no whip and a large iced latte with whip).
