Too cold inside, then I asked the server to give me my donuts from a specific tray , responded me “they all the same “ then I went back told her I don’t want this one trash it pls , I order the one I wanna and she charged me knowing that I gave it back the hard donut. It’s not customer friendly doing that : ( It don’t mean they all like that( the service) but I deslike that attitude
Whoever made order #3729 at 2:49:13 today did a terrible job. I ordered a medium iced butter pecan latte extra butter pecan made with skim milk, along with loaded chipotle hashbrowns, but I got a regular iced coffee with just sugar and loaded hashbrowns with bacon and barely any chipotle sauce. I’ve also had other orders messed up recently, which makes this even more frustrating. The service here is terrible. Not usually the fault of the server simply because there aren't enough servers. And I didn't know this but they no longer serve breakfast maybe they have it in a long time but it was disappointed drive there to find that out. And I had to interrupt the server to ask that because she was chatting with someone and paying no attention to anyone else.
Went through the drive through on my trip back home! Great service and the Iced Macchiotto was well constructed!
