If I could put negative stars I would! I am so disappointed today I come to this Dunkin’ every weekend and get me and my husband a coffee and my kids a Donut before my son basketball games. Today my 5 year old son and I went to get a 2 coffees and a donut my total can to $11 and some change. Every time I ordered always egg sandwiches with, the egg is a bit cold and it tears liquid on the yellow of the egg and shouldn’t be like that in every sandwiches and is nasty/disgusting. What I like the most is getting ice cream that’s it.
I went through the drive- throu and they had for some of my food that I ordered and I had to go back through the drive- thru They really need to make sure the order is all there before they give it to the customer and not tell them they have to move the car from the window because they got a time limit for the card tobe at the window

Got mad and spoke to me in such a disgusting manner all because I “didn’t specify” if I wanted chocolate sprinkles aka the TOPPING or the donut. Mind you, I literally came to redeem A BIRTHDAY scoop. She refunded me the money in cash, not card (the original payment method). She’s been working there since 2016 and idk how they haven’t fired her. Her attitude has NEVER changed.
