Horrible customer service!! The person that is currently there today 07/10/2026 has the worst attitude. They are the embodiment of “I hate my job”. They do not want to be there and you can tell by their facial expressions and attitude. I used to come here a lot and gave it multiple chances because I know we all have bad days, but that doesn’t seem to be the case there. Now, I rather go to Wawa’s or Starbucks, at least there they pretend.
I bought a donut and it was stale, but the coffee was good, and the employees looked grumpy. Please be friendly. I mean, even if you don’t like your job, please at least be friendly. I woke up in the morning and came to get coffee and a donut, and it looked like they were almost going to cry.
The lady who were there was very rude. Because I was trying to use my rewards in my phone and she didn’t even know what I was doing and she said I was too busy in my phone. Disrespect in front of my kids.
