Estuve esperando en mi carro casi 5 o 6 minutos,nunca me pidieron la orden los llamo no contestan,me muevo à la ventana de entrega no habia ningún carro delante y me dice usted no pidio su orden ,nunca me atendieron yo le digo al final pido un hot Chocolate que es bien caro y me lo da muy malo , tube que botarlo me quede sin desayunar ,servicio malisimo ,hoy es 4/20/2026
Worst customer service EVER!!! Couldnt even Oder when No one Else was a customer. Literally the Only person and being told Twice to wait. Plus, NO WORKING AIR CONDITIONING inside. 2 employees and No one in drive through... i guess Mopping the floor was more important
Really? Tell me you hate your job without telling me that. Bagel is also extremely hard. Would be nice if they just offered everything bagel minis so their customers don’t have to be as miserable as the employees.
Bad food for you that is super tasty!
Messed our order up 3 times and didn’t even get it right in the end. Terrible!
