I think corporate should take a look at this store. Terrible customer service. Completely ignored at the till for about 10 minutes. Must have been bring your family to work day as 1 lady working there was continuously talking to I assume are her family, a older lady was just walking behind the counter and to the back of the store not in uniform clearly part of the family. About 4 staff working and stood around chatting. After about 10 minutes we were told sorry and then we could order.
When you go ahead an order something that you want and they don’t give you what you want is so frustrating, and older lady that received me , I repeated the order 4 times Spanish and English and still couldn’t understand me. You guys should hire someone that actually knows what they’re doing. I never ordered a latte , if she doesn’t know what chiller is it’s crazy to work at a Dunkin.
The little young ref girl black hair is horrible! Bad attitude, takes like 10 mins to talk to drivethru mic.. Misses up my order..if she doesn’t want to work stay home.. I come here everyday and disappointed today
The staffs that’s working here, can’t even take an order they always get your order wrong not forgetting how long it takes for them to cash you. If you’re inside ordering you have to wait forever for them to take your order.
