I’m writing this review as im here at the location. I have been on the register waiting for around 10 min, the staff keeps coming back and telling me give me one sec sir while they serve the drive through orders. Its very inconvenient and sad that this happening. Maybe they should just make it a drive through location.
Always check your order, especially if you order using the app or online. Two coffees ordered with cream and sugar came black, food was not as good as other Dunkins.
Walked to this establishment while on vacation. Upon entering no one was available to take our order. After about 4 minutes a young man came up to take our order. After ordering, another staff member called out the completed orders for pickup. One of the orders was missed. Another customer came in with a dog not on a leash. The dog was walking all around the eating area and the owner was not paying attention to the dog.
