Ordered a wrap, received a sandwich. Not the 1st time. Taste tested the coffee, no sugar. Saud to coffee maker, "you have to stir the coffee" she argued back, "you asked for 3 sugars, if you wanted it sweeter ask for more". Argued. I grabbed a straw and sure enough all the coffee was sitting at the bottom like glucose quicksand. Smh. She argued That it was my fault 🤦♂️

The staggering incompetence at this location is matched only by some of the staff's clear disdain for any customer that walks in. People here are verbally abused and treated like outcasts simply for asking to receive what they ordered and paid for.
