Is it really that hard to put napkins in the bag??? Also why is your location more expensive than any other one?? Definitely not for good service!
Very difficult to find parking. The outside design of the drive-thru is the most illogical pattern known to mankind. My bagel was stale. Team members appeared to be struggling with the pos systems. Simply bad 😞
Jacob receives all 5 stars! He is a consummate professional who went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my experience receiving an order in the drive-through was outstanding!! He is a very kind and compassionate individual who excels at customer service and has a bright future ahead of him in management!
Sometimes if you go through the drive-thru they say they can't hear you, so then you speak loudly and they tell you to stop yelling. Lol. Don't blame the player Blame the game... Or better yet get better equipment. 😃
