pulled in at 4:42 pm and wanted avocado toast, they said their ovens are done running for the day. what?? ive pulled through multiple times even later and ordered food just fine. and it was two people working ive never seen before. 0 stars for food, wish i could put a 0 star review.
Let me start off by saying I understand that teens need jobs too but there must be and should be an adult or manager present while 7 teens are working here they never make anything right they have no customer service skills what so ever, can't take an order correctly, can't make an order correctly and when I walk in it's seems like more of a social hour then a place of business. A great crew!! Robert greeted me promptly. I ordered for a construction crew, so it was a large order. I’m from out of town so I didn’t think to call ahead, but they took care of me quickly without any issue. Coffee was hot. Donuts were fresh. A the condiments for the 2 boxes of Joe were plentiful. Quality service a they care about the efficiency of their operation.
I came through the drive thru at night a couple of days ago and one of the employees was rude and gave me an attitude like she didn’t want to serve me. I believe she said her name was cristie. The food was overall okayish the doughnuts were stale but the drink was good.
