As a stony Brook student and a non white woman , I can’t believe I encountered racism from an Asian lady working on campus inside the SAC. She was extremely polite and respectful towards a middle aged white woman, and I thought she was a nice person. However, when I was deciding which flavors to use in my matcha latte, she abruptly interrupted me by showing me the impatience face and saying that French vanilla was not the drink. Really should point out it’s in the middle of stony brook. This isn’t a dunkin avoid if possible. Terrible service and awful food. Truly university food.
