This location is seriously understaffed. One employee was handling the entire drive-thru, no one was at the front register, and only one person appeared to be cooking in the back. The electronic kiosk doesn’t even offer everything shown on the menu. Service here is consistently slow, and the coffee tastes extremely watered down. Management needs to provide adequate staffing and improve the quality and consistency of the drinks.
I came to this Dunkin before work in the morning, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. It was only 6:00 a.m., yet several items I tried to order were already out of stock. Then, when I received my hot drink through the drive-thru, the lid was not properly secured and some of the drink spilled. They are the slowest Dunkin I’ve ever been to. How do you take 5 minutes to charge me then another 10 to hand me one drink when I ordered 2. Then take another five minutes to do that one drink. Mind you they were not busy. I was the only one in the drive thru. I’m never coming to this Dunkin again.
my matcha wasn’t that good. The staff there looks annoyed. Both girl in the front were talking on the phone with their friends. The seating area is filthy. The donuts are very old.
