Food met expectations. Dunkin's electronic ordering system does not allow ordering everything off the menu. Staff does not know help people who wait for service, lean over the counter, make eye contact....they just ignore you unless you use the mobile system. So I went without one thing that I wanted, placed a partial order and left. The staff was efficient once the mobile order was placed. Just odd and frustrating that they would not provide service outside of the self ordering system.
The drive thru took a long few minutes, It was my first time there so I will definitely give them another chance, could have been an off day for them. The breakfast bagel was not great thin egg thin bacon and very thin cheese, my French crueller was delicious although.
I waited 10 plus minutes for 2 medium drinks and 2 donuts. They got one donut wrong and the drinks were basically just flung together. My coffee wasn't filled all the way and it tasted burnt. It's absolute joke that they expect to get paid 20 hour when they barely give enough of a care to make a drink.
