Rude customer service, they'll either forget something from your order or they're oven won't be working or they simply don't have what they advertise.
Horrible drive through service is lazy and has a hold for to long why is it a five minute wait time to order if there is only one car in the driveway are you understaffed it’s always slow donuts aren’t that hard to prep and your menu isn’t that big service here is always lazy and slouchy no energy worst Duncan
Dunkin is just as good as always. The service is great, and everything is on point. The only downside is that parking is a bit limited, but overall, it’s a solid spot!
Manger here was extremely slow, can’t multitask, and doesn’t care about the costumers that come in only drive thru. I came in and ordered 2 donuts on the computer. Took 15 mins to have the manger even acknowledge my order and not even fill it. I had to ask the drive thru lady to please give me my donuts as at this point going to be late for work. The manager was extra large so I understand she had a problem getting around but it wouldn’t take long to grab 2 donuts.
