I went into the store for donut holes for the kids. There was no line. Neither of the workers even acknowledged that I was there. After waiting 10 minutes, the guy gives me my order and says ‘have a nice day’… yeah, okay. customer service was nonexistent.

They slow as hell at this dunkin fr dont even put your order in through the drive thru even though they spoke with you they just let you pull up then ask and make it and that’s if they don’t make it wrong
Been here twice in the past month and both times food was cold. Not sure why its so hard to wait for a timer to go off and then remove the food.
