Tried the new iced latte recommendation. It was surprisingly really good. I never got to Dunkin’ Donuts and it was really good. The girls work in the front were really helpful and really nice.

Melanie who works at the cashier has NO customer service capabilities what so ever. When placing an order and you speak clearly and she puts the wrong item in - something is wrong with that. Then when you go back and you tell her it's wrong, she looks at you and has the audacity to tell YOU what she heard you say instead of fixing it and making it right.
