Despite being left on his own and with a line out of the door John was very kind and worked quickly. Shame on Dunken for working their employees so hard and understaffing.
had a really disappointing experience. My order was delivered with a long delay, and they sent the wrong donuts. To make things worse, the donuts were old and tasted bad. Definitely not what I expected from Dunkin’.
Great food and friendliness. Yet, 20+ minutes of wait in line means a lack of employees. Untill Dunkin solves this. I must stay away from the location I visit.
