This place never had cinnamon raisin bagels. I order on the app go there and they never have my sandwich ready because they don't have cinnamon raisin so they don't make it at all. This is very frustrating as it makes me late for work. I go here often and it's often the same result. Sometimes last week for example I order online go to the store to pick the order up and the place isn't even open. It let's you order but no one is at the store to make the food. This Dunkin' used to have horrible service but has improved in the past year. Usually, the coffee is good and made right. Service is hit or miss with how nice the employees are. For being a long-time regular, I'm not always treated warmly depending on their mood. Definitely a much better location than the one on Dixie, though.
