Stopped at Dunkin’ after a long, stressful vet visit with our two dogs, just trying to grab a quick bite through the drive-thru. Simple order turned into a whole mess. I politely asked to swap the drink in the $6 meal—was told no, fine. So I said I didn’t want it anymore and would order something else… and somehow they still got it wrong. When I tried to fix it at the window, the employee had a nasty attitude and acted like I was the problem. Didn’t even bother finishing the order—I just left. Under staffed!! The lines on the weekends are insane. There's only two people attending for their high demand. The staff has always been cordially helpful when I go, is sad to see a company overworking their employees.
