The lady’s who are working in this Dunkin are always confused whenever we order something and we get most of the time wrong orders . Few people will be the phone and serve the food with same gloves without changing the gloves . Not at all welcoming guest .worst customer service .
So I was visit this Dunkin and I have rewards and I want to used my rewards and they said u can used only 2reward not more than that this is not fare wither Dunkin did not do this kind of things and the lady said my manager is not here that’s y can’t give u the stuff this is nonsense I earn my points spending money and then they told me this kind of stuff
