They have no idea what they are doing orders an always incorrect not once but multiple times avoid this place at all costs.
Extremely rude employees
The staff is incompetent. When you ask what a specific drink is they don't know. For example, when you ask so what exactly is the oreo coolata they just say "coffee" and when you ask what is the oreo cloud latte they just say..."coffee". This store is a joke and I wish the head of the franchises would have this one under new management. I doubt this franchise even serves dunkin cause their coffee doesn’t taste like most dunkins.
