The service here is horrible. The women who work here have an attitude and act as if they are being inconvenienced by customers. I dont visit daily because of them and on occasion opt for Starbucks because they are never rude. Maybe they need re training on customer service. Other than that, the food and coffee.is the same everywhere
I only gave 1 star because I needed too so I can post this. WORSE Dunkin ever. I don’t even know why they are still open. They never have doughnuts and always make drinks incorrectly. I usually go there in the early morning when they open so there shouldn’t be an excuse on not having any doughnuts at 7am. To the Lady who took my order today, she needs to get trained properly on diary and non dairy products. Also her customer service skills needs help.
