got denied my usual odd (some would say now banned) illegal drink order that would make a barista shiver (as a part time barista, i would judge me too) due to company policy which i totally understand/won't argue with big corporate rules, but at the very least i expected my base drink to be made correctly. mustve ordered this drink 60 times in the last 3 months alone across 3 different locations and we basically got campari in the chai in this time around.
I’ve been frequenting this Dunkin location for the past few weeks and they’ve always gotten our order right and ready very promptly! I ordered two drinks this time, one for a friend and it was already in a carrier for us! Absolutely amazing.
This is my favorite dunkin, purely due to how sweet and accommodating the staff is, they're the best!
