genuinely no clue in the slightest why there's so many negative reviews. I've lived on campus since August and go here at least two or three times a week, sometimes more often towards the middle of the semester. I have NEVER had a bad experience with the employees, in fact they're all chill & sociable and seem to be cool people. with the food itself i think the biggest crime is every now and then they put too much ice in my drink, but if I asked they would 100% remake it, I'm just not the kinda person who cares that much. ov... read more
Definitely off their game today. My wife's takeout breakfast order was hardly heated through. Hash browns were smashed and lazily bagged. Coffee was lukewarm. And she said they weren't even busy nor short-staffed.
