I ordered a single donut in the girl checking me out.. she left without giving me my donut and I had to wait for someone to help me 10 minutes for one single donut.

honestly just a terrible experience overall. this place is nothing but chaotic to a point where i could absolutely lose my mind, and the staff are, like other reviews say, rude and incompetent. i waited one hour after i got my food to finally speak up and say i was missing two drinks. multiple others in the place also had to ask staff to remake their drinks. when i talked to the manager, she was nothing but rude until she figured out she was wrong and the tried to be nice to me. kinda sad this is the only dunkin close for ca... read more
