Their customer service can use some improvement and they can greatly benefit from hiring friendly employees. Don’t even bother asking for light ice because they will not give it to you and give you a whole cup of ice. Also, don’t bother asking for sweeter drinks that don’t taste bitter because they won’t accommodate that either
