I placed a mobile order at 716am, got in the drive thru line at 720am, and didn't receive my order until 748am. This was by far the slowest service at a Dunkin that I have experienced.
Great drive thru service!!!
Really rude, went to the walk up window because the drive thru was long. No customer service at as told I had to order online if I wanted anything even though the sign on the window state you can order at the window. Online gave me issues order. I will not be come back! My kids were disappointed we got their hopes up and wasted our time!
Whenever I come here they keep me wait for more then 15 mins to just take the order … please don’t visit
Service from the young woman with orange hair is phenomenal. If she isn’t a manager she should be. You can tell she cares a lot.
