Their coffee and iced coffees are terrible. They taste burnt every time. Will not be back to the Spotswood location.
Update: 4/13/26 I still keep giving this place way too many chances out of pure convenience. Foods warm but still burnt. I guess that's an improvement. I also didn't get harassed by staff this time. In fact they said absolutely nothing to me when I approached the counter. Surpised they don't have issues with people picking up the wrong order when you have to sort through them yourself. Tried to substitute bacon with sausage on the $6 special and was told no. The one further down route 18 lets me do it. Also asked for everything bagel and got plain. Really heartbreaking.
